A friendly Canadian at heart, Alex strives to provide a friendly environment, great customer service and permanent hair removal results for our customers from all around the world!

In her free time, Alex enjoys cycling and is busy taking care of her active toddler and two furbabies.

Staff Electrologist
Lydia is our Staff Electrologist with a gentle touch.

Originally from Sabah, she studied health sciences at Curtin University in Australia, as well as nursing in KL. She previously worked in women's health & fertility.
​
In her free time, she enjoys hiking and getting outdoors.
Syaz
Staff Electrologist
Syaz is our Staff Electrologist with a passion for people.
​
Born and raised in Singapore, she studied nursing at NP.
She is a nurse and previously worked in various roles from Neonatal to NCID nursing.
​
In her free time, she enjoys visiting the zoo with her husband and daughter.
YB
Staff Electrologist
YB (aka You Bin) is our Staff Electrologist with an eye for details.

Previously, she studied and worked in the film industry, specializing in the makeup department.
In her free time, she enjoys going for hikes and taking photos with her camera.
Deborah
Staff Electrologist
Deborah is our Staff Electrologist with a passion for satisfying customers (she can attest to electrolysis treatment results, as we first met her as our customer!).
Previously from the arts industry, she decided to try a new and challenging role in Electrolysis.
In her free time, she enjoys cuddles with her dogs and watching true crime documentaries.
